I have grown Mobile-MiniGolf from a college house party to a highly successful business with a robust
repeat clientele consisting of corporate tournaments, senior activities, library programs and campus events.
We have clients all across New England and are currently based south of Boston. Since inception we have
organized hundreds and hundreds of programs and events with tens of thousands of people enjoying the
course. In the first 5 months of 2023 85% of our clientele immediately re-booked for 2024 which is a
testament to the product. I excel at many things but my strength has never been sales, self-promotion or
marketing. I am comfortable with the 2-3 events I do every week, but with the right person in charge
business I’m confident bookings can be easily tripled.
You, the next owner will begin with our broad base of repeat customers and take the business to the next
level by increasing the number of client events per year, maybe employing multiple crews to run
consecutive events and eventually franchising the business model across the United States and possibly
the world. Yes, I have had event inquiries from California, Oregon, Texas, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey,
Germany, England, South Africa and Australia.
How this one-of-a-kind business has been valued
Working closely with the Small Business Administration and my Mentor at SCORE the business has been
valued using the following criteria: Design, Capital Assets,Goodwill and Intellectual Property. Like any
business we do have competition but we are superior to our competition in so many ways. Each hole is
unique and challenging. We have jumps, hills, tunnels and loop-d-loops to name 4 of the 22 unique golf
holes.
We are also better than our competition because we insist on setting up and breaking down the course for
our clients We also remain site during the event to welcome the players, fit them with putters, provide
putting lessons and explain the layout of the course.
